Vacancy: Employment Coach (part time 8 hours per week over 2 or 3 days (Mon, Tue and Thurs))
We are looking for an Employment Coach for our thriving small charity helping adults with enduring mental health difficulties. The coach encourages service users into employment, training, education, volunteering and new activities to boost confidence and self-esteem, using a goal-oriented approach.
This role is 8 hours per week over 2 or 3 days (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday). The post is fixed for 5 years, with 3 years remaining.
Salary £21,000 - £23,000 FTE depending on experience (Pro rata £4,800 - £5,250), with option to include pension.
You will have previous experience in more than one of these areas: mental health; working with vulnerable people, coaching, working in the charity sector or mentoring. Good local knowledge would be an advantage.
We seek a highly motivated, well organised multi-tasker who is able to take ownership to deliver positive outcomes, work with a range of strategies, as part of a team, and with a caring, confident approach.

Vacancy: Key worker (part-time, 14 hours, Mondays & Tuesdays)
Root and Branch are recruiting for a Key Worker for our thriving small charity which helps adults with mental health difficulties in their recovery.
The Key Worker plays a pivotal role in helping people set and achieve goals agreed with them, using the Recovery Star Framework and must be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with other members of the team and external agencies to help service users in their recovery. This role requires strict confidentiality to safeguard our beneficiaries.
We are looking for a person with experience in mental health and working with vulnerable people, who can work independently but also as part of a supportive team. Experience in the Charity sector would be an advantage. You need to be an approachable, confident, organised and person who can work flexibly, pay attention to detail, use initiative and prioritise effectively.
Salary (depending on experience): £8401 to £9202 (£21,000-£23,000 FTE)
