2009 AGM

Note

On 1 September 2011, Root & Branch changed its charitable status from being an unincorporated charity to become a charitable company. On changeover, our name remained the same, our charitable objects were unchanged and we are continuing with the same activities. However, in law we are a different entity and so this is the final AGM for the unincorporated charity whose charity number was 1088493.  (Click here for more information on the change in status.)

The meeting will cover the last full financial year for the unincorporated charity of 1 April 2010 to 30 March 2011. Also, because this charity continued to operate for a further 5 months, the meeting will consider this period of 1 April 2011 to 31 August 2011.
